Do you have a place in your home where you can just relax and unwind? If not, after seeing this post you may want to reconsider. Men have their caves, and we should too! You don’t necessarily need to transform the space you’d like to unwind in. However, if you have the extra room and a budget for it by all means GO FOR IT! Love the colors in what looks like a formal living room. Don’t be afraid to bring in colors and different patterns.
Lucite (ghost) chairs work wonders. Here’s what I mean. If you have a small space the clearness of the chair gives the illusion that the room is bigger, because it’s not blocking any views. Add colorful pillows to bring life to the chair and give your room a little texture.
Patio furniture has come a long way with color too! If you’ve got patio furniture that’s in good condition try taking it on as a weekend project. A little sweat equity goes a long way plus you might just surprise yourself at what you can do.
